Story Telling

My interest in story telling is one that was spawned in early years, listening to the family stories as a kid.  Later I was amazed at my ‘Grampa Maloney’ spinning tales seemingly out of the blue.  In the middle 1980s, I knew that somehow I was going to write as I had set that out as a personal life goal in the mid-1970s.  I had little notion as to what and how I was going to do this, but as time progressed from then to now, I found my self journaling first as a method of therapy, and secondly a method to leave behind for my kids, ME, or at least part of me.  I know that the more they know of me, the richer their life becomes from understanding where the impact and influence I have had on their life was coming from.
